Emmys 2019

Esta edição dos Emmys teve algumas surpresas - como já é habitual - sendo que Game of Thrones poderá considerar-se um vencedor mas também um perdedor. A épica série conseguiu o prémio de melhor série dramática, mas depois ficando-se apenas por um melhor actor secundário (merecido) para Peter Dinklage.

Melhor esteve Fleabag, que não só conquistou a melhor série de humor, como também melhor actriz (Phoebe Waller-Bridge). De resto, a Netflix esteve longe de amealhar prémios como noutras edições, tendo que se contentar com o melhor filme para TV (o interactivo Bandersnatch), enquanto a HBO e Amazon Prime dividiam os prémios principais.
